Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will depend on canvas size and shipping location from Surprise, AZ. Shipping costs will include insurance to cover the product and shipping costs.
Return & Refund Policy
Any request for a return/refund should be sent to katinakarfineart@gmail.com with your reason for return. Photos of the product are required in your return request.

If any product is received damaged, the shipping insurance will be utilized for any lost, stolen, or damaged package.

Any damaged product other than shipping will not be accepted. For all other requests, re-stocking fees will apply

Any item you have received an approval to return it is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
